Overview
Do you currently work as an Area Manager within the security sector, and are you looking to make the next step in your career as a Regional Manager? This job could be for you! Within the FM team, you will have the chance to work with a UK leading property manager on a variety of assets including retail, leisure, commercial and residential.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Managing your team of Area Managers, ensuring the highest operational service onsite.
- Working closely with key clients and stakeholders, building relationships, and pursuing business development.
- Auditing and logging all concerns centrally and creating action points for next steps.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety compliances and risk assessments are followed.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Work in the property managers main headquarters, in Central London.
- Work with an array of colleagues on all level such as the onsite management teams, HR, and the wider Security & Cleaning team.
- Join the team in an exciting transitionary period, with the team currently growing.
The right candidate will have:
- Experience managing large blue chip buildings.
- A Security Industry Authority (SIA) License.
- Experience in a TUPE or mobilisation process.
- An already established network and relationships with local authorities within the central London area.
The budget is £60,000 to £70,000 basic salary & a 14% car allowance dependent on experience.
