What Will YOU Do?

 

Once you have had your initial training with us, which we deliver in a way tailored to how you learn best, you will work alongside a senior colleague whilst you learn the ropes.

 

You will assist on roles, shadow meetings, and generally learn as you go. The plan however will be to get you working your own clients and roles within the first few months.

 

Once you are confident in servicing roles, you will receive further training on business development.

 

In a lot of environments, you can be expected to “do it all yourself” from the get-go. Sounds great, but in practice that’s a very tough introduction. We believe in growth, but not without strength. This magic combination does take time.
