Property and Asset Manager

We are working with a well-established privately owned property company who are looking to add to their team with a Property and Asset Manager.  They are actively investing and have ambitious and continuous growth plans.

What will you be doing?

  • As a crucial part of the team you will be responsible for the active management of a mixed portfolio.  With the primary aim of meeting and exceeding budgeted rent, occupancy and expenditure targets.
  • Working on value-add projects, driving value through lease renewals, regears, rent reviews and refurbishments
  • Working closely with tenants, local authorities and professional consultants you will development excellent working relationships, ensuring covenants and compliance are met and strong standards maintained.

What you will need?

  • You will have a proven track record in property management with a strong understanding of landlord and tenant legislation
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to be able to foster strong working relationships.
  • A positive and can-do attitude to proactively manage and existing and growing portfolio
