We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with retail experience to join a UK-leading Property Management consultancy.

What you’ll be doing…

• Service charge budgeting in conjunction with the Asset and Facilities Managers
• Progressing licences to assign leases, sublet premises, and to authorise alterations
• Liaising with Building Surveyors, Facilities Managers, Solicitors, and on-site personnel
• Dealing with landlord and tenant requests
• Reporting to clients and assisting Asset Managers in the provision of strategic and tactical advice
• Assessing rents, income flows and yields
• Inspecting managed commercial properties

To be successful, you will need…

• Strong property management experience
