Responsible to: Leasing Manager

The business

One of the most iconic mixed-use developments in Greater London is recruiting a team of Leasing Managers, Senior Leasing Associates and Leasing Associates. The team will work within a new specialist residential business designed to provide an easy, fair and simple way for customers to experience the renting process. It’s as hassle-free as possible.

The business designs, builds and manages all of its buildings with the resident at the heart of everything. As part of this process, each building on the estate is designed with a different target market in mind, ensuring the business truly caters for everyone, offering living lifestyles that are innovative, bespoke and enduring. This is a community for all.

The estate has gone through and will continue to go through massive growth. As a new role this is a fantastic opportunity for you to make your mark on the business.

The role

  • Support new customer enquiries, register requirements, match requirements to the appropriate apartment and book viewing tours.
  • Tour potential customers, actively promoting the most relevant benefits of the business against their needs using an authentic and honest approach.
  • Be the champion of customers. Consistently look at ways to improve the customer experience and journey through feedback. Ensure every customer and resident have a fantastic experience.
  • Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Help develop a community through fashioning and facilitating resident events
  • Positively contribute to the business’ teamwork culture, built on the values of Trust, Integrity, People Skills and Individuality.
