Investment Associate, Berlin

We are working with a growing Pan-European Investment company, investing specifically within the industrial and logistics sector, with offices in 3 major cities and over 11million sq. ft. of AUM. This role will be based in the Berlin office.

What you’ll be doing…

• Joining the acquisitions team, you will be sourcing new investment opportunities, working on development projects, and supporting the growth of the wider business.
• You will be involved in the whole acquisition process, analysing and underwriting investment opportunities, cashflow and IRR modelling, writing investment committee memoranda, and assisting with capital raising initiatives as required.

What do you need…

• Minimum of 3 years investment experience, and experience within the industrial and logistics sector.
• Experience working on development projects.
• Very strong financial modelling skills.
• To be a team player and to be able to work well under pressure.
• Speak fluent German and English.
