Investment Analyst

We are working with global and expanding Investment Management business who are looking to grow their team in London with an Investment Analyst.   Working on a rapidly expanding portfolio this is an exciting opportunity to be involved with multiple transactions.

What you will be doing

• Leading on the analysis and underwriting on new opportunities across the UK and Europe
• Work with the Fund Manager on the execution of all transactions and then ensure the smooth transition to the Portfolio Manager
• Work closely with the asset and portfolio management teams on all key asset management initiatives and forward asset reporting.
• Investment and portfolio level analysis, you will make recommendations to the investment committee and prepare investment memos.

To be successful you will need…

• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills with excellent attention to detail and report writing.
• Experience and knowledge of real estate, ideally having gained experience across a number of asset classes.
• Can be MRICS, looking to move into a analytical based role.
