The opportunity

 

You will support the investments of funds into the development and acquisition of their planned multi- £bn investment thought investment analysis, financial modelling and investor reporting.

  • Build/adapt appraisal models for development and investment
  • Create models and reporting templates for investors.
  • Reporting to investor for the investment and development projects.
  • Work across all debt and equity structures to ensure effective and efficient report and compliance.
  • Working with the senior management team to ensure a cohesive reporting structure.

The successful candidate

  • Excellent numerical skills, ideally with real estate investment experience.
  • Track record of providing investment and development analysis within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work in a collaborative approach with the executive management team
