Our client, one of the world’s largest asset manager, and a global investment management corporation, is looking for an Investment Analyst to join their growing team in the Nordics.

This team focuses on the acquisition of new assets across the Nordic region to add to their growing portfolio. Our client is committed to deploying significant equity into this region and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with senior investment managers on a range of transactions. This is a rare opportunity which offers the ideal candidate the chance to operate within a small but very well capitalised team underneath the umbrella of a global real estate organisation.

Our client requires an individual with strong technical capabilities coupled with a highly ambitious, driven attitude with the mentality to accept responsibility for the analysis surrounding high value real estate transactions. As the team and portfolio continues to grow, this will undoubtedly present further opportunities for growth and development.


  • Work with the transactions team and assist with the analysis of investment opportunities across the Pan-Nordic real estate market.
  • Prepare annual IRR forecasts, cash flow analysis, hold/sell analysis and conduct market research.
  • Develop asset-specific business plans and manage external advisers
  • Support the team with analysis, regular or ad-hoc reporting as required.

Person specifications:

  • Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English
  • 1-2 years of comparable experience
  • Very ambitious with a desire to learn and develop
  • Strong financial modelling skills
  • Passionate about Real estate
