What’s the role?

  • Facilities Manager
  • Leading designer retail outlet destination
  • Ellesmere Port
  • As part of a strong FM team, you will manage the outlet’s operation, including all hard and soft services, with the guest experience at the heart of everything you do.
  • Contractor management, deputising for the Senior FM, and being a key contact at the retail outlet for all operations.

You will have:

  • Experience in facilities management within a related sector; retail, hospitality, commercial property.
  • A deep-rooted passion for the customer and guest experience.
  • Ambition, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to work one in four weekends as Duty Manager.
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH.
