We’re working on a fantastic opportunity to operationally manage four listed commercial properties in a prime location in Central London. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, handling service charge budgets, and ensuring smooth running across the buildings, which house both retail and office spaces.

THE ROLE:

  • Oversee £1 million service charge across four mixed-use buildings consisting primarily of independent commercial occupiers and smaller retail space on the ground floor.
  • Manage multi-occupier properties, focusing on soft FM with minimal hard FM needs.
  • Ensure compliance for listed buildings and lead refurbishment projects.
