Are you a facilities management professional with a wealth of experience overseeing a business park or commercial property? Do you want to secure an Estate Manager role working across two prestigious sites that house a number of renowned blue chip occupiers?

Where:

The Estate Manager role is based on two exciting developments in Manchester. They are known throughout the city as a hub for commercial office facilities and so require an individual with previous experience managing similar tenants. The estate also includes a number of other challenges including vacant development land and F&B offerings.

What:

  • You will set and manage a number of budget lines.
  • As the Estate Manager, you will develop and implement best practice policies and procedures to ensure on-site Contractors achieve and exceed KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • You will lead on the operational contract negotiation and manage all areas of the onsite team to deliver and add value to the Estate.
  • You will ensure that you remain in regular contact with both internal and external stakeholders ensuring that your client’s needs are met at all times.

Who:

  • You will preferably have experience in a large estate, ideally including an element of public realm management.
  • You will preferably have experience overseeing multi-million-pound budgets.
  • To secure the Estate Manager positon you must have a strong understanding of legal frameworks of contracts.
  • You must have past experience overseeing multiple projects and demonstrate excellent project management experience.
