Eastgate Centre Manager

We are recruiting the next Shopping Centre Manager at Eastgate, Basildon.

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactive management of all aspects of the centre, including operational delivery, H&S, stakeholder management, finance, ESG and Marketing.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with retailers and external stakeholders to enhance the brand reputation through exceptional customer service and sustainable best practice.
• Act on behalf of the landlord as as strategic stakeholder within the local area.
• Leading and managing the established on-site team.

To be successful you will need…

• Previous management in a shopping centre or retail environment and will understand the needs of customers: retailers and consumers.
• Dynamic and innovative with an ability to set the vision and strategic direction of the centre and deliver commercial results.
• A track record in managing stakeholders at varying levels of seniority throughout your career to date.
• Solution focussed; able to deliver all aspects of the role.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure all core requirements of the centre are met.
