A global coworking and flexible workspace provider is recruiting a Director of Customer Experience in London. This is a newly created position to oversee hospitality, customer experience and business solutions for clients across the brand’s UK and international portfolio.

The business is one of the most exciting in the market, with sites in aspirational and multi-cultural cities like Berlin, Amsterdam, Bucharest and Munich. Due to rapid growth and future expansion plans, they are establishing a UK based hub to support delivery of its inspiring coworking and flexible office space.

What will I be responsible for?

  • Lead and develop the vision and strategy for delivering outstanding customer experience, hospitality and client business solutions globally
  • Mentor, lead and manage Community Managers globally, inspiring them to deliver high standards of customer excellence across all touchpoints
  • Identify, build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Continually promote best practice, always looking for opportunities to enhance performance

The successful candidate…

  • Passionate about customer experience – you have a natural desire to deliver first-class service and are an experienced leader within the hospitality/customer experience world (it would be an advantage if you understand elements such as F&B, concierge and housekeeping)
  • Attuned to people’s needs and are a forward-thinking customer-centric operator
  • Practical, creative, fast-thinking – constantly on your feet and aware others are counting on you
  • Results driven and a great methodologist – multi-tasking is a breeze
  • Experienced in designing customer/guest experience initiatives and campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire to achieve results is a must
