Our client, one of the world’s largest owner, developer, and operator of premier shopping centers, is looking for a Commercial Partnerships Executive to join their team in Germany.

A leading player in their market, with extraordinary plans for expansion across Germany, this is a great opportunity to take on board this strategic role and be part of that growth.

The Role:

  • This role focuses on the creation of new commercial partnerships in the form of pop-up shops, kiosks, and promotions, taking into account the sales strategy of the mall.
  • Develop the Brand Experience business (which includes Experiential, Event Sponsorships and Brand Partnerships) by developing brand and client relationships, negotiating deals, and leveraging off existing assets to develop new and profitable income opportunities.
  • Lead, develop and deliver third party generated media revenues whilst ensuring that the company offers an industry leading media portfolio.
  • Acquisition of new customers and relationship management with existing ones

The candidate:

  • Hospitality industry background.
  • Strong sales experience and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Personable, confident, and self-motivated to deliver results.
  • Flexibility and willingness to embrace change and new opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
