Commercial Manager

Are you a strategic commercialisation professional with a passion for retail? Are you experienced in driving additional mall income in shopping centres? Do you have the commercial acumen to lead the offering at for a prestigious property management company?

One of the UK’s leading property management companies is looking for a Commercial Manager to be based at on of their clients leading shopping centres in Luton.  Responsible for developing and implementing revenue generating programmes that deliver income in line with the Commercial Business Plan.

What you’ll be doing:

• Commercial Manager
• You will develop and execute an ongoing commercialisation strategy and operations for the centre.
• You will source, manage and achieve income targets in a number of strategic areas such as media, vendings and mall kiosks.
• You will source innovative additional avenues of income.
• You will communicate and liaise with Asset, Centre Management and Administration teams for the development of commercial initiatives.
• You will collate and analyse data across the portfolio to develop strategic actionable plans and drive revenue.

To be successful you will need:

• You are an established commercial individual with experience in a large single site or portfolio role and industry knowledge.
• You are a self-starter able to fulfil all aspects of commercialisation from negotiation to mobilisation.
• You are a confident leader and proven ambassador, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• You have experience with legal documentation and can effectively communicate with different levels of management.
