Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join the team overseeing one of their major estates in London.

As Commercial Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Ensuring delivery of a superior level of service
• Delivery of the day-to-day lease management
• L&T services
• Reporting
• Preparation and review of the service charge budgets
• Overseeing compliance and best practice
• Supporting delivery of the property management function
• New tenant set-up including leases, rents, service charge management, policies, and procedures

• Experience in commercial property management
• Ideally Post Qualified RICS
• Commercial lease management experience
• Service charge experience
• Confident, pro-active, hardworking
• Highly professional with excellent communication and presentation skills
