We are pleased to be collaborating with one of the world’s largest real estate investment management groups with a stellar reputation and a global presence. Our client is looking for an independent and organised Client Service Manager to join their team and become responsible for maintaining day-to-day contact with clients and co-ordinating investment reporting.

The role covers many aspects of client services and relationship management. The successful candidate will be both able to hold formal meetings with clients as well as have the ability to liaise with fund management teams.

Core duties:

  • Maintain first-class client service
  • Work with specific fund team
  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Co-ordinating quarterly investment reports ensuring accuracy and complete reports
  • Organisation and co-ordination of fund and related events
  • Regularly review service standards

Experience required:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in client servicing
  • Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong team player
  • Capable of working independently
  • Highly motivated
  • Must have a background in Real Estate
  • Fluent in English
