Overview

Are you a building manager for a commercial office building, looking for an exciting new opportunity? With the chance to work with a leading property management company on a stand out mixed-use estate in London, you could be the new Building & Commercial Manager of this newly opened, multi-tenanted, office building

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Working closely with tenants & occupiers, along with external stakeholders, such as police, council, and fire services.
  • Overseeing the wider contracted team of service providers, including reception team and hard & soft services.
  • Working with key commercial occupiers throughout the entire estate, and being the first point-of-contact for them and their needs.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Join an esteemed property management company, with one of the largest portfolios in the UK, with potential to progress in the future.
  • Work with the diverse and experienced team throughout the estate, such as Operations Managers & Technical Service Managers.
  • Join the team at an exciting time, with the building planning to open in Q4 and have sole responsibility for it’s multi-functioning amenities.

The right candidate will be:

  • Able to manage stakeholders effectively, the ability to empathise, and knowing when to give a soft or hard approach.
  • A confident, self-assured, team player, with the ability to inspire others through tough periods.
  • Able to ensure all Health & Safety regulations are complied with and perform risk assessments, IOSH preferred but not necessary.

The budget for this role is £60,000 to £70,000 basic salary, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
