Birmingham Acquisitions Surveyor

We’re working with one of the UK’s leading land and property regeneration companies on an opportunity to join the acquisitions team in the Midlands (Birmingham) as a surveyor.

What you’ll be doing…

• Working closely with the acquisitions manager to identify and select sites that show opportunity for growth across the portfolio.
• Liaising with internal and external consultants, project managers, engineers, and architects
• Assist with the maintenance and management of development sites.
• Undertaking feasibility assessments of projects and wider acquisitions opportunities.

To be successful you will need…

• Experience working on real estate development projects.
• 1-2 years PQE preferred.
• The ability to work positively and effectively within a team.
