Are you an ambitious Analyst working within real estate fund management or private equity? Or a Real Estate graduate with at least 12 months experience within the market, eager to get your foot on the ladder?

Our client is a leading pan-European investment manager, specialising in the real estate market.

Working from the head office in central London, the Associate will work closely with the Fund Management teams across UK and European mandates in the commercial and residential sectors.

Your responsibilities:

  • Portfolio and fund level analysis and business plan updates
  • Assist quarterly reporting and client updates
  • Assist with hold/sell analyses
  • Assist in asset management activities including loan negotiations, lease renewals and development activities
  • Assisting transactions (acquisitions and sales) from a fund management perspective
  • Assist in deal origination and business generation opportunities

You:

  • Relevant Real Estate degree
  • Strong real estate fund/transaction modelling skills
  • Numerate – proficient in Excel
  • 12 months’+ in a professional environment
  • A can-do attitude
  • Prepared to help out on new projects
  • Willing to travel throughout the UK and Europe
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ambitious – eager to learn and develop
  • Hard working and a self-starter
  • Adaptable and flexible to change
