Overview of the Role

Are you an experienced Operations or Facilities Manager, with experience in a mixed-use or shopping centre environment? This role could be for you! With the opportunity to join a growing property management company, with a specialism in shopping centres, you could be the new Assistant Centre Manager of a large Shopping Centre in North London.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting the Centre Manager in providing operational excellence to both tenants, visitors, and Community.
  • Support & liaise with tenants and external stakeholders, including management of service providers in Marketing & Commercialisation.
  • Manage contractors in hard & soft services to ensure the highest level of customer service onsite.
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance onsite.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Play a key role in the centre’s success with the opportunity to be creative in ways to generate ancillary income and streamline operations.
  • Contribute to community engagement and assist the wider senior management team.
  • Build on current shopping centre knowledge, to move closer to a Centre Manager title.
  • Join a growing managing agent with exciting plans for 2024.

The right candidate will be:

  • Experienced in facilities management or management experience in either retail or mixed-use environment.
  • Comfortable managing service charge budgets & and budgeting techniques.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels and operate comfortably as part of a multi skilled team.

The budget for this role is up to £50,000 with supporting benefits package.
