Overview:
Do you want to be part of one of the UK’s most exclusive and vibrant shopping destinations? We are currently looking for a dynamic professional to become the next Facilities Executive at this unrivalled retail outlet in Yorkshire.
What you’ll be doing…
- As a key member of the facilities team, you will support in driving customer experience through operational excellence.
- You will be the first point of contact for all facilities issues across the large destination.
- Responsible for all health & safety audits, processes and procedures throughout the year.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with the local authorities e.g. police and the fire and rescue services.
- Duty management responsibility which includes one 12pm-8pm shift mid-week as well as one in our weekends (where you will receive time in lieu).

- To be a driven and enthusiastic individual.
- To be a confident, self-assured, team player, with the ability to inspire others through tough periods.
- Experience in a facilities role in a commercial, retail or mixed-use environment.
- An IOSH qualification or an ability to demonstrate strong H&S awareness.
