Junior Investment Analyst

We are working on an exciting Investment Analyst role for a young and growing real estate Investment firm. They operate across a broad platform, investing their own funds alongside joint venture partners to acquire real estate across all asset classes.

What you’ll be doing…

• Financial modelling of new investments across UK
• Carrying out due diligence on potential acquisitions.
• Collaborating with partners on the underwriting new investment opportunities and overseeing existing projects.
• Conducting analysis of key deal activities relative to current portfolio.

To be successful you will need…

• Excel proficiency: previously modelling experience required.
