Sezen is a German national with exceptional language skills speaking English, Turkish and German fluently. Sezen has been with the business for 3 years and has played an integral role in the company’s international expansion, with a particular focus within the German market.
What did Sezen do before joining Foundation Recruitment?
Born in Germany, Sezen studied banking and started her professional career with Sparkasse (German savings bank) where she worked for 7 years. During this time, she had great success, progressed quickly and developed her skills and knowledge significantly.
She worked as a Junior Consultant and was offered the postgraduate programme to become a Bankfachwirt (Banking Specialist) at the Sparkassenakademie in Stuttgart. Shortly after graduation, Sezen was promoted to Private Client Advisor where amongst other things she advised clients on their investment strategies, including real estate opportunities.
What brought Sezen to Foundation Recruitment?
Sezen had a great position in Germany, fantastic experience and a fruitful future ahead, however from a young age she had a desire to live and work overseas. After a trip to London, she fell in love with the city, decided she wanted to relocate and began searching for a role. She knew she wanted to continue working in client servicing and always found the real estate industry interesting. It was also important to her that she wanted to play a notable part within a business that would harness her drive and energy in the pursuit of growth and improvement. Foundation Recruitment was a natural fit.
Sezen’s career so far…
Upon joining the business, Sezen completed thorough training with the Directors to get up to speed on the business structure, values, specialist sectors and way of working.

Sezen has won numerous company awards, one being Employee of the Quarter for Q3 2018 after just a short time with the business and delivering a record-breaking quarter performance – a massive achievement for someone operating in a relatively new market and with only a year and a half experience in recruitment!
Sezen has been promoted to Principal International Consultant, has won numerous further awards including Q1 and Q3 Employee of the Quarter, and, following a record-breaking year, Employee of the Year 2019! She continues to travel around Europe to meet clients and attend conferences, key events being Expo Real 2018 and 2019.
