Property Manager / Senior Surveyor

The Role:

This is a key role within the Asset Services team managing a mixed portfolio of assets on behalf of a leading investment manager and fund, making this an interesting and varied role.
The properties are spread throughout London and the South East with the business’ head office being in Central London.
The Asset Services team are extremely client-focused, they are winning new business via their exceptional reputation, and this role will be no different.
An autonomous role with ownership of direct client reporting, assisting and advising on opportunities to maintain and enhance the performance of the property investments.

Membership of RICS but not essential.
