Overview of the Role:
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in the world of shopping centres? With the chance to work with a leading property management company and their unique understanding of retail, you could be the new Centre Manager for this brand new mixed-use Shopping Centre, in Farnham.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders, including tenants, the local community, and the landlord.
- Managing contractors in Hard & Soft Services, ensuring the highest operational efficiency.
- Managing sustainability initiatives, service charge budgets, and ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines.
This role offers the opportunity to:
- Join an established team with great knowledge for the centre, with the opportunity to learn from those onsite.
- Make a direct impact on the community, supporting local initiatives where possible.
- Work autonomously, being the key onsite lead for the delivery of the highest quality of customer service.
The right candidate will be:
- Experienced in budgetary management, preferably service charge.
- Used to working in a customer facing environment, preferably retail.
- Be comfortable ensuring Health & Safety compliance, preferably IOSH qualified.
The budget for this role is up to £50,000, including a wide range of perks & benefits.
